1. Cut the toast to the sides and brush with red wine vinegar salad dressing. Place each piece of cheese.
2. Heat a small pan over medium heat (brush with a little cream), add the toast and soften the base. Remove.
3. Place lettuce, tomato slices, chicken slices and egg slices on top of toast and cheese slices. When you put another slice of toast on top, cut each piece into four pieces.
