Making

 

1. Wash the lamb, dry it and cut it into small pieces evenly.

2. Put the lamb in a large container, add chopped scallion ginger and fennel, pepper, cooking wine, salt, sugar, chili powder, cumin and cumin grains, and add a little vegetable oil to marinate for three hours.
