Stewed beef with mixed vegetables (yard, outdoor barbecue)
Ingredients: 3 pounds thick cut beef, 60g mushrooms, 5 tomatoes, 2-3 green peppers, 2 Onions
Seasonings: 1/2 TBSP soy sauce, 2 TSP sugar, black pepper, pepper, vanilla, 1 TSP garlic salt
1. Dice beef ribs (about 3cm x 3cm) and marinate for 30 minutes with seasonings.Cut vegetables into pieces.
2. Skewer vegetables and beef with a bamboo stick.
3. Cook the meat in a roasting oven.
